My services are available at Wellness Collective 307, Pilates, Yoga, Massage & Aesthetics in Downtown Cheyenne. We are located at 306 West 15th St. Cheyenne, WY.
*I am available for in-home appointments on a case by case basis. That means I can bring my services to you with prior approval. I require a private, open area to conduct your session in your home. Private yoga will be completed at your location.
Wear something comfortable. You will be asked to undress to your level of comfort for the massage and always draped appropriately. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. I will use a lotion or oil to reduce friction on your skin. Your feedback during the session is key to optimizing your experience. After the massage you are encouraged to drink plenty of water. I recommend rescheduling for your next appointment before you leave.
Please arrive a few minutes early for your appointment, so we can discuss your goals for the session and start on time. If you are a new client, please be prepared to complete a brief health intake and sign your consent prior to the start of your appointment.
I can accept credit or debit through MindBody. Gratuity is accepted but not required. All payments are due at the time of service. Online booking is set up for your convenience, but you are not required to pay in advance. An additional fee may be added for home visits to cover travel expenses depending on your location.
